Great journey !!
Our stay in Najoi’s apartment was excellent! The apartment is in a contemporary villa and strategically located in a very safe and very calm area. We were gladly surprised by the facilities of the apartment: good working internet connexion, many English TV channels … The sea is just a few metres away and you can get whatever you may need in the surrounding area. There are lots of small shops, cafés, banks, many delicious restaurants and whatever a tourist need. We are playing with the idea of going back to Sousse next year and we will definitely choose Najoi´s place again. A warm and 5-star experience.

trés bon séjour chez Mr Hamandi
Villa trés agreable et bien situé au coeur d'un quartier populaire ,plein de commerces trés sympa aux alentours.A 800 m de la plage d'Hamman Sousse.J'ai mis1 étoile au site Abritel pour la précision de l'annonce par rapport à l'emplacement de la villa (sur la maps,prés de la marina de Port EL kantaoui) qui ne correspond pas du tout à l'emplacement de celle-ci.Trés bonne communiction avec le propriètaire qui reponds de suite à nos messages.

Grundsätzlich nettes Haus. Negativ sind aber viele Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt ungemütlich machten. Es waren keine Handtücher vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurden alte, fleckige Handtücher in nicht ausreichender Menge gebracht. Das Geschirr hat zum größten Teil Bruchstellen. Es war noch nicht mal etwas Salz oder Zucker vorhanden um die Zeit bis zum ersten Einkauf zu überbrücken, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung angegeben war (Gewürze). Das Haus war geputzt aber nicht sehr gründlich. Der Innenhof war überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Die Bitte um ein weiteres Bettlaken weil unser Sohn nicht im Babybett schlafen wollte wurde nicht erfüllt. Die Person welche sich um das Haus kümmert war sehr unhöflich. Wir würden nicht nochmal hingehen.

Große Wohnung in Strandnähe und ruhiger Touristischer Wohnumgebung
Große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, alles wesentlich vorhanden. Freundliche Gastgeber und sehr Hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung inklusive Supermarkt. Haus in ruhiger Nebenstrasse.

Accueil au delà des espérances et de ce que nous connaissons en terme d'hospitalité..Nous avons pris une leçon !! Merci Monsieur Hamandi...La location est située dans un quartier tranquille; proche des petits commerces, de la plage, de Port El Kantaoui et ses restos pour touristes que nous tentons de ne pas être trop souvent :-) Le marché quotidien d'Hammam Sousse (Poissons,Viandes, Fruits et légumes) est au bout de l'avenue Mammoun vers l'Ouest.. Nous avons sillonné la Tunisie du Nord au Sud, mais nos visites répétées du coeur de Sousse nous ont livrés presque tous les secrets de la Médina et des alentours où mon père avait passé sa jeunesse ... Merci pour ces moments

Superbe villa très fonctionnelle, très propre et proche de la mer !!
Superbe séjour ! Tout est fonctionnel dans cette villa (internet, télé, climatisation). Les hôtes sont très disponibles et nous ont parfaitement guidé... Proche de la mer à pied, proche de la route touristique, proche du port El Kantaoui, nous étions très bien situé ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr ! Merci beaucoup !

On a passe un sejour agreable dans une ville accueillante ; mais surtout une belle maison propre,vaste bien equipee dans un quartier calme et paisible avec toutes les commodites;des proprietaires aimables et attentifs et une madame sabiha très gentille ; je conseille cette maison a toute personne voulant passer des vacances dans la ville de sousse. The location is perfect!
The owner Nejib replies to messages quickly. I arrived at night, but he met me and settled, thank you very much the house is cozy, great location, next to several restaurants, the beach, supermarket, right on the marina, safe and clean. I recommend this place for a nice and relaxing time.

villa tout confort bien située dans Hammam Sousse
Il s'agit d'une villa à la fois située dans un quartier tres calme dans Hammam Sousse et proche de la plage, restos, piscines et autres loisirs. Très spacieuse et presentant tout le confort exigé (propreté, équipements...), elle est régulièrement entretenue par ses propriétaires. Nous avons eu d'ailleurs le plaisir de les rencontrer. Ils ont été à notre écoute et se sont montés très disponibles et bienveillants. Cette maison est une petit trésor caché dans Hammam Sousse. Nous la relouerons sans hésiter comme cette année où nous y avons passé 2 semaines .

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Sabiha qui a été bien sympa. Il a été bien plaisant de passer du temps dans cette belle villa propre, calme et complet avec une bonne connexion internet. Il est bien situé par rapport à la plage et autour plein de petits restaurants, je le suggère fortement.
