Très déçu pArl’absence de la piscine qui est sur toutes les publicités alors qu’il s’agit d’un jacuzzi payant.
De plus aucun contact avec gestionnaire ou une personne quelconque qui pourrait aider en cas de problème ( la commande de l’airco/chauffage) ne fonctionnait pas comme il faut. Il y a bien un numéro à appeler mais a plus de 3€ la minute, cela fait très cher pour avoir de l’aide.....

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The heating/air conditioner was tested upon your departure and works fine, often guests do not know how to set the settings which is a standard remote control in Australia. The Swim spa/pool is actually described in all advertising and we sent you upcoming booking email repeating all this information and cost involved. Also in our email correspondence to you and day of arrival it was explained to you how you could get in contact with us free of charge through our inhouse telephone/email system. We cannot be responsible for you not reading our material that was sent to you and told to you on day of arrival and explained in your cottage in your guest information folder.

Long weekend trip from Melbourne. Arrived on Thursday night to a warm property with the fire on. Large swim spa was nicely heated, some places have them too cold. Property too big for the two of us and so we just used downstairs but would be great for a family. 15 minute walk from Time and Tide high tea which was an amazing experience. 30 minutes walk into town. Waves crashing in the distance. Property on a quiet plot in a nice neighbourhood surrounded by a few little cottages. Very clean and everything you need to relax. Communication from Michael superb all the way through. Get it booked if you’re heading down there.

This 3 bedroom cottage was just so well stocked with everything you need. It has a wonderful laundry on site and all in all a great stay. We were lucky enough to meet the owners of the property which made is a very warm personal experience. The swim spa was a lovely addition to the facility.The owners will be brightening up the cottages gradually as the one we were in was a little dark inside but great condition inside.

Swim spa was amazing!
Very nice cottage that is very well and thoughtfully appointed, which made for a very comfortable stay
