For multiple families offering beach access and plenty of room

Two Two Two provides the ultimate beach living in Port Fairy with plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy this relaxed and comfortable home. Drive up and park on the expansive lawn. There is plenty of space of this grassy lawn which is perfect for a rough and tumble, or a game of footie.

The unique layout of this home offers 2 separate areas and 4 bedrooms. Opposite the front door is the first bedroom with 2 single beds. The first area downstairs is a suite, with King bed, living area and ensuite that offers a spa bath and separate shower. The split system means you are covered whatever the weather and it also has access to the outside back garden and beach path.

The second area is a unit which offers 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen and one with a King, both with built in robes. The bathroom hosts a corner bath with shower. There is also an additional little kitchenette area with 2 hobs as well as basic amenities and a dining area great for morning coffee/breakfast away from it all.

There is a separate laundry downstairs with both washer and dryer, as well as a line for hanging items in the sun. Outside the laundry is an outdoor shower for a rinse off after your swim.

Head upstairs and enjoy the large outdoor decking with BBQ and rural views. There are 3 bedrooms in this section, the first with Queen bed, the second with a tri bunk and single bed and the third, the master, with King bed and ensuite access. The ensuite, also accessed via the corridor, has a separate toilet, large bath and separate shower. The master also has its own balcony with views over East Beach and large walk in robes.

There is a large back living area with sofas and large screen TV, perfect for family movie night or somewhere to send the children in the evening. The second living space is an open plan with the kitchen and dining area at the front of the house. The kitchen has a large central island with plenty of counter space and the second living area boasts floor to ceiling windows and those amazing views. Sit on the large corner couch and just take in the wild ocean views, or take a glass of wine out onto the balcony and listen to the call of the birds as they hunt.

Two Two Two has its own path down to East Beach, the beach is ideal for surfing or body boarding the waves. Enjoy a morning swim, you could even brave a dip in winter - one way to reset your body! In the summer send the kids to Port Fairy's nippers, enjoy a cup of coffee from Charlie's on East and a walk through the rolling waves back home. There is no better feeling that the sun on your shoulders and your toes in the water in your own slice of Port Fairy paradise

Large house with ocean views and easy beach access.
Plenty of space for up to 14 people to unwind. Fantastic view of the beach, excellent spot for swimming, body boarding with the kids. Outside shower when coming back from the beach. Essentials provided as well as Board games, fishing rods, soccer ball amongst other things. Clean upon arrival. Had a wonderful time, would visit again.

Lovely property - big enough and well equiped for a large group of family/ friends. Great views. Easy access to the beach. Issue with the property was that access to two of the bedrooms downstairs from the main living area was via another bedroom or via the front door. Lots of bugs/flies at night.

A little deceiving
Sadly there are cons as well as pros to this property. Firstly the management and communication was excellent however when we arrived we were quite disappointed. Externally is appears like a house mid renovations which the photos don't clearly show. The large outside deck we felt was old and unsafe and in need of much maintenance therefore we didn't use it and the gate on the deck wasn't even attached to the hinges. The laundry was filthy and old, we certain wouldn't put any clean clothes on the benches. The "unique" floor plan as described for down stairs consisted of guests having to walk through one bedroom to get to other bedrooms or the guests having to actually go outside to enter from and external door to get to there rooms. The kitchen was large and very clean however the floor to ceiling windows that overlook the beach were absolutely filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 6 months, very unlike the pictures shown. The upstairs bathroom was clean except for sand in the shower. It is noted that you can contact the host if your not happy with something but we felt that the issues we had weren't necessarily able to be fixed in the 2 days we were there. Sadly we felt it was a little overpriced for what we actually found, we feel that some other the pictures were a bit misleading.

Do not rent this house!!!
Do not rent this house!!! To many mosquitoes, house is old & has a mold smell in the bedrooms. Owner will find any excuse to back charge. We didn’t use the BBQ but was charge for not cleaning it, we always rent holiday houses & made sure it’s clean before we leave so to be back charged is very insulting.

Family Friends Getaway
We loved our stay at TwoTwoTwo Port Fairy. The location was amazing, everyone enjoyed the private access to the beach. The house is fully equipped, books, toys, DVDs. Such a huge house great for multiple couples/families.

Fabulous extended family holiday
8 adults and 5 kids enjoyed our stay, the location is fabulous with direct beach access. The house is a little more run down than the online description suggests but a water leak concern was quickly addressed by the property manager. The house is well provisioned/stocked and we loved our stay.

Terrible manager, beautiful location, Rundown downstairs.
We stayed in this place for five nights and found the location to be the best! It was surreal to see the sunrise and we loved the beach which was very clean. The house has two stories and we found the downstairs to be very rundown. The floor was very difficult to keep clean and the Barth rooms were flooding. The downstairs master bedroom en-suite flooded every time we had a bath and the toilet was always flooded from the water. Downstairs Barth rooms were very average and not very clean. We were only supplied one bath mat for each Barth room and it was not enough at all. Upstairs floor was clean and the kitchen was very clean. There is only one Barth room for the upstairs for three rooms and it was supplied with only one bath mat for six days! When we checked in on a Thursday, the bins were already full! We had nowhere to put our rubbish and the glass bin was full with bottles which was very heavy. I was threatened to be evicted on the third day of our stay when I inquired about the bins and refused to clean someone else’s rubbish. I believe this place should have larger bins or two bins of each color so that the tenants can put their rubbish. I think this place need a bit of work to bring it up to the standard. The beds were very comfortable and had clean new linen. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite the threats made by the manager and all the other inconveniences we faced. The beach is the most enjoyable thing, just a couple of steps from the house and the town was lovey too. The local IGA has everything you need.
