The building is old and dated, there was a broken electrical connection with exposed wires. The armrest of the couch was covered in dried up food that should have been removed when it was still moist, it looked like a toddler had eaten Weetbix or soggy toast on it. The TV was hard to use as could only find a small range of channels.

Overpriced rundown dilapidated Accommodation
Publié le 11 déc. 2021 sur HotelsStaff were not welcoming when they realised i was travelling with my Assistance Dog. The room was really overpriced, run-down, leaking toilet fittings with water constantly on the toilet floor, very dark, no windows, horrible uncomfortable bedding. On top of the exorbitant cost of the room they took $200 from my account as a safety deposit and i had to call and harass them to fet it back days later when they had promised it would be returned the mirning after my stay.
I will definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The secure parking a plus

Rooms could do with facelift. Paid $270 for 1 night and breakfast at onsite restaurant not included, advised that would be charged extra (other hotel in town includes breakfast at that price). Easy walking distance to South Hedland shopping centre. Free on-site parking behind fence that is locked between 9pm-5am makes it feel secure.
