Room was definitely in need of a deep clean. Pillow had blood stain in it. Bed skirt had built up hair and i think what were crumbs.

My room was nice. The people were very friendly, but I was next to a highway which was a little loud so I’ll make sure I get on the other side of the hotel next time.

Shower didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, breakfast was terminal, spider removal by guest

Disgusting pull out had stains on mattress cover a toothbrush stuck in bed and no linen or pillows nothing got moved to a downgraded 2 bed room pillows had black marks on them stain on one bed I have pictures

Bugs in bed, generally dirty and not well kept.

The lighting of the parking lot was dismal. I wasn't sure it was the right place, or if it was empty, altho there were about 6 cars in the lot.
The hallway carpet was dirty, with trash in the hallways when I arrived after 9 pm.
The hallways & my room smelled musty.
Will not stay there again.

Desk staff was nice and did her best. First room provided was not fit for human occupation. Mildew / pee smell combined. Was given another room which was inhabitable. Hotel really meeds a makeover.
