Omg, when we arrive to this pretty small place our first experience was cockroach everywhere, we report on the front desk.. they said you nees to report to the owner.. we can't stay in the place.

We have never experienced issues like this either before your stay or since. Our place is small but has been completely remodeled and immaculate and were happy you stayed your entire reservation. We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from any issues. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
