Their was no TV remote in the deluxe room I was staying in to turn the TV on.

They didn't have my booking. We had to wait for 2 hours only to be told system not picking up the booking. Eventually, we had to pay again to secure a room.
They promised to reimburse the extra payment once syterms back on upon checking out. I hope they do.

i used to be a member of the coral seas but decided against it as the hotel does not accept walk ins for members and my clients does not like to dine there as the quality of food is bad. Staff are not helpful and one has to wait a long time to be served

Close to the airport. A few restaurants on the property. People are friendly and the room is good. Water pressure in the shower was very low this time.
