Excellent stay in POM
Publié le 15 janv. 2019 sur HotelsGood hotel with incredible staff. Prompt to answer to any of your concerns, thanks again Gran Papua Team. Good Wifi, excellent and safe shuttle service, clean room, only small comment is on the hot water: had to wait quite long around 6 AM before it kicks in. All in all worth it in POM.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and stunning view
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HotelsMy first stay in Grand Papua Hotel. Appreciated very nice food, friendly staff and the room, including nice shower and very comfortable bed. For little bit of improvement I would suggest the cleaning service, which only goes around afternoon and on demand, instead of at least fixing the bed and taking out trash automatically in the morning. However, overall it was very pleasant stay. I believe that renovation will improve the hotel even further.
