Great front desk service very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. However the dining experience was not up to par. The service was extremely slow while only a handful of guests dined.

This is my new favourite hotel in Trinidad! The hotel is gorgeous, very spacious rooms and accomodating staff! I love the modern aesthetic. Parking is easy and convenient and it was very easy to get to various restaurants and stores. I was so sad to leave but next time I'll definitely book for longer!

I’ve stayed at The Brix 3 times, referred four other stays because I LOVE everything about The Brix, this time the customer service was off and the accessibility to the roof top was weird and I feel like the guest should be notified when there’s a private event, instead of having the guest go to the roof top and have to be turned away!

I came back to Trinidad after six weeks and would not consider another hotel in the area. The Brix is a contemporary oasis, in the middle of all the action, yet tucked away with magical views in Cascade. Moselle, at front desk was extremely friendly and made the stay extremely warm! The hotel taxi CRTM with the driver Junior is extremely reliable and our go-to for every trip. Nariasha, the waitress at breakfast was AMAZING! There are so many others, especially a kind lady who greeted us by name each morning at the buffet. Once again, I really wouldn't look at any other hotel... ever! See you soon again!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at. Even checking in was amazing because of Joshua and Sudhaa. They were down to earth and professional and they informed us of all the good food and things to do in the area. Even the doorman Nate was really nice and helpful. Also Aya and Shanyce were great at the coffee area/bar. Shanyce recommended the best drinks for me and my wife. The hotel is extremely clean and the room had an amazing view. I definitely would recommend this hotel. The staff will go over and beyond to make sure you’re happy.

Customer service was great. Property was really nice. Taxi’s were always available to be booked. The pool had plenty of seating options. The rooftop bar was great on a Friday night. Third visit to Trinidad and this is the first time I’d recommend a hotel.

PORT OF SPAIN 1ST VISIT
Great place but a bit of a walk to get anywhere. We ended up with a handicap friendly room and the shower got water everywhere. They do provide two bottles of water per day and have a 24hr gym. The rooftop bar was my favorite place to catch the sunsetting.

Boutique property, welcoming staff/service, and good facilities. We enjoyed the pool, fitness equipment was in good condition. Front desk provides USD to TTD currency exchange which was convenient. Cafe was priced in USD and expensive and while the staff was pleasant to deal with, they could’ve been faster. Room was large, well appointed and clean. However the first day we checked in, there was a horrible smell of gasoline from the air vents due to service work on the roof and the only solution from the front desk was to exit the room and wait a few hours. No compensation or apology was extended. We were too tired to argue. Thankfully the smell went away a few hours later. Secondly, while the beds were comfortable, one of our queen bed mattresses was clearly damaged on the edge (separated) indicating time for replacement. Finally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable - too soft and resulted in neck pain! We had breakfast incl in our stay and the selection was decent. Certainly better than typical continental breakfasts but considering it’s USD 25 per person, I would’ve expected more variety. The turkey sausage was halal which was a nice surprise. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at the BRIX again. Pleasant stay, convenient location, welcoming staff and good sized, clean rooms.
