A full kitchen with large oven for guests to use, as well as kitchenette in room.

No one was there to assist; waited at the reception/check-in area for an hour and no one showed up. Reception closed during that time. Rung bell at least 6 times and I was never given any keys, so I necer actually got to stay in the room I booked.

Lovely room with mini kitchen area with microwave. Generally excellent room with clear instructions sent to access the keys to the room. The property was unstaffed during my attendance but mobile phone and sms messages used to communicate. The road the unit faces is busy and may not suit light sleepers. The only annoying issue was the shower had no soap holder, which was quite a balancing act to hold soap and wash your self. Otherwise

The room was fine with bed, tv & private bathroom
The bathroom was a little dirty
The mattress springs were horrible
