Save energy systems tech

Checked in fine but when i went to my room mt access card dis not work. Back down i went. The TV to small and the bed had a smell to it. For the excessive price i would expect more.

Florida tour

Just stopping by on our way north. Great motel with a nice little gym. The young lady that checked me in was lovely.

Clearly don’t do anything for customers that used Expedia. I called weeks before trying for connecting or rooms together but they were not responsive because I used Expedia. Not near and two floors away. No frig, no maid service, breakfast was less than appealing. Big bummer

It's unfortunate that you felt that way. Here, we would like to clarify that when you book a room on a third-party channel, the room type or any special request is never guaranteed. You get to make a preference instead, which is subject to the hotel's availability after direct bookings are assigned their guaranteed room types. In the future, we recommend you book via the hotel's brand website or call the hotel directly to guarantee a particular room type. We apologize for the disappointment you describe with the expectation of a refrigerator, and we are sorry that our breakfast did not particularly appeal to you. Our primary goal is always to exceed expectations of comfort, convenience, and quality amenities. Thus, we take this seriously and have forwarded your comments to management for review. As for housekeeping, it is tailored for your comfort. Our service policy is to provide full deep cleanings prior to check-in and scheduled cleanings during longer stays. If you'd like more frequent housekeeping than the scheduled cleaning or a change of linens, towels, toiletries, etc., you can always request this at the front desk. We loved our stay. Only issue I had was bath water never felt hot...I felt like pool temperature.

King studio room great. Housekeeping was non-existing even after specifically requesting for the 3rd day.
