Attendant was so rude and the property is DISGUSTING! Looked like there was families living there with groups of kids running around screaming with chairs outside of the rooms and signs saying “DO NOT ENTER DOGS WILL BITE”. The room itself was gross - smelled like cigarettes, the bedding had stains all over it and the bathtub was yellow. Maybe lasted 10 mins before I left and got a different hotel.So disgusting.

Where is the Quality in Quality Inn?

The first room I got had carpet and lot of pet dandruff that caused me to sneeze continuously as soon as I entered. The sink was clogged and water not draining properly. The front door sweep was all tore up and draft from outside was wouldn't keep the room warm no matter how high you keep the heater thermostat. That was an utter disaster. The next room I was changed to had the front door bottom a big hole again allowing draft enter the room. On a cold 30 degree night, you can imagine why I am complaining. Maintenance of the rooms is utterly poor. Where is the Quality in Quality Inn?

Do not stay there. You be warned!

I have to canled my stay because my family cannot sleep in this hotel. First room they gave us smells like cigarettes and dogs. Linen was coverd with animal hair. Disgusting. They ofered me second room which smells better than the other one,but pillows had grease stain all over. Do not recommend this hotel it is filthy.

I was in a emergency situation and booked a room for a very early morning arrival. The dates didn't quite matchup and I explained this to the hotel attendant. They were fully booked when up when I did show-up. He was a bit rude and showed no concern and definitely no empathy to the situation. Needless to say he would not refund my stay and I ended up sleeping in my rental because it was 3am. It was a slight mistake but his customer service was terrible, no sorry just ehhh thanks for the money. Be careful.

Been staying at this property for 20 years, and have slowly seen its decline. After this visit, I’m going somewhere else. The whole property is rundown, and dirty. The bathroom ceiling is covered in mildew, with scattered mildew throughout the room. Metal trim on the headboard of the bed came loose in the middle of the nigh, it had obviously been glued before.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels & this place was the worst of them all. It was dirty- toothpaste in the sink, hair and dirt in the shower, the floor made my socks BLACK. When housekeeping came, they did not replace any of the towels I left on the floor but rather just folded and hung them back up. Disgusting!!! Did not change my sheets, just made the bed. Fingers prints all over everything like it’s never been cleaned. There are people quite literally living here that are in and out all night. I could hear every word my neighbors said. The outside if dirty, there’s trash all over the parking lot and barely anywhere to park. Also the front desk guy was rude at check in. Stay at an AirBNB or something else, do not go here.

Terrible, Horrible No Good Very Bad.

The pics on the site makes it seems like a nice place to stay for a good price. Walking into the room, the feeling was like I was coming into the a place where they have weekly rentals. People have their whole lives here. Grills outside in the yard, dogs outside, kids running in dirty diapers and bikes hanging upside down. People who look like they haven’t bathed in a long time and room smells of smoke after being advertised as non smoking. I reported that a crack pipe a pen that was taken apart and Durant on both ends fell out of the ironing board. Lighters and scrubbers on the closed shelf and trash behind the bathroom door. The feel was just dirty. I couldn’t stay and checked right out. This gives quality inn a bad name and it’s some nice quality inns out there I would NEVER rent from Quality inn. I called front desk to report and he says no rooms left. I called Hotels.com and they handled everything as if I went to go get my big brother cause the lil kids picking on me. I really appreciate them taken care of the situation cause the manager did nothing. I’m plus size and couldn’t fit in the tub without my body against the curtain, no way. It was just around terrible. I was willing to ignore the initial feeling cause it was a staycation but after I found that crack pipe I was done.

This is an older roadside motel. It is convenient and cheap. The bathroom was not very clean. The furnishings and linens were aged. Our 2nd floor room opened up to the parking lot. As a single mom I didn’t feel it was the safest place and will not book again. We were traveling on vacation and stayed at multiple hotels during the trip and I was disappointed with this one. We didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast - I was discouraged by the cleanliness of the room.
