The crown jewel is our large, heated waterfall pool, nestled next to the spacious, covered lanai with unobstructed views of the manicured Saints Pro Golf Course and a serene pond with spectacular wildlife vistas. We daily struggle with a constant barrage of offers from real estate agents.

ELEGANT LIVING SPACES
The family room invites you to unwind with a new huge 65" TV, streaming platforms, and a variety of games. The sofa bed converts into a queen-sized sleeper for unexpected guests. A tranquil corner has been set up for home office with WiFi connectors and a comfy desk and chair when you need some work done quickly.
The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to the pool and deck, offering spectacular tropical views. Relax with a cocktail, wine, or an ice-cold beer while lounging on the large sectional, which can also serve as a nighttime sleeper for an extra guest. A breakfast nook completes in the vicinity of the kitchen this large living space. From here you also have easy access to a laundry room with new, large capacity washer and dryer, as well as another door leading to the covered lanai.

LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS
A HALLWAY separates the 3 bedrooms and the guest bathroom from the other living spaces, ensuring tranquility and privacy. It also leads to an utility room, a cleaning supplies closet and a linen closed where extra comforters and beach towels are readily available.
All three spacious bedrooms feature ultra-comfortable beds.
THE MASTER SUITE offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closets, huge screen TV, and a "his and hers" two-room, two sinks bathroom with a large shower equipped with handles for the disabled. It also has direct access to the pool and deck.
THE MIDDLE BEDROOM has a queen bed and double closet, its own TV set and with bathroom access through a small hallway.
THE THIRD BEDROOM can accommodate up to four guests with its comfy two full-sized beds and double closet.
THE GUEST BATHROOM includes a granite double sink and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet area.

CONVENIENT AMENITIES
A laundry room with a new washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board ensures you have everything you need. A little piece of paradise
Our family really enjoyed this house. It was located in a lovely neighborhood and the pool and lanai overlooked a golf course and pond. We had our coffee out there every morning and it was extremely peaceful. Very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. There are a number of great restaurants and shops nearby. I had a few questions for the owner and he replied instantly. Highly recommended!

Spacious home
I live nearby, but my home can’t accommodate my family when they visit. This home had plenty of space for our 5 adults and one toddler group. The pool and outdoor area was nice and we enjoyed the golf course view. The curb appeal of the home is a 2 out of 5 and that is why it is not pictured. The neighborhood is decent for Port Saint Lucie and the beach is only 15 minutes away. The house and furnishings are dated, but the price suited my expectations. The TV remote situation in the living area is very confusing. They need labels on the many remotes. My biggest complaint about the cleanliness is that although the floors look clean, your feet will be filthy if you walk from one end of the house to the other barefooted. Also, only two trash bags and two dishwasher pods were provided for our 5 day stay. Some of the nonstick pans need replacement as they are scratched to the point of unhealthy. Overall, this home met my expectations for the price.

Comfortable stay
Great location and plenty of room for us four adults. It was very comfortable, but could use some updating to look even better. We spent several nights playing games out on the patio As a bonus, on our last day we saw an alligator in the pond out back. We would definitely come back again!

Spacious and comfortable get-away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean. It had a great outdoor space and the pool was lovely. We were perfectly entertained throughout our visit. We played games, swam in the pool, made some wonderful meals, and ended most of our nights all curled up in the king size bed in the master bedroom for movie nights on the huge TV. The den was also a great space for us to play board and card games while my fiancé simultaneously watched football. We made many fun and amazing memories. We would absolutely recommend this house.

Great for families!
This is a great house! It's in a quiet neighborhood so it feels like home. The kitchen had more than enough cooking appliances and pots and pans. There are 4 different coffee makers, regular drip, french press, espresso machine and a kuerig! There were some spices and canned goods in the pantry that have been left by others to use, we left some water and seltzer. The tvs are all smart tvs and you can sign into your own streaming accounts. My kids loved that there were a few stuffed animals on thier need to greet them. The pool area is great! It is an older pool but we'll maintained! There were many pool toys in the garage we use? Our host was very responsive when we had a small problem and was very understanding! If we come to this area again we will stay here!

It is located in a good neighborhood that is close to everything you would need or want, including the beach. The house was clean and stocked with enough of the basics to at least get you through the first few days of your stay. Communication with the owner prior to our vacation and with the property manager during our vacation was great.

Very clean, almost to tidy!
Place is large, great accommodations. Set up to take pictures which was odd. No clean dishes as all set up on tables. Felt odd to use them as you would have to wash first. Pool and view was awesome. Gator in pond was fun to watch. All in all had a great time, would rent again. Thank you for sharing your home. As an aside, bikes were not rideable. No issue for us except our 15 year old granddaughter wanted to go for a ride.

We enjoyed staying at Laszlo’s property in Port Saint Lucie while visiting family. My kids loved the pool and we had easy access to the beaches and other sites around the coast area. Our week flew by and we’d love to come back.

Great getaway house!
Our vacation was great at this house! The place is bigger than the pictures show and the large pool area made for an even better stay! Just beware if you want the pool heated, it takes a few days to get there. Definitely would recommend this rental to anyone who wishes to enjoy some sunshine and swimming! The area is nice and quiet, so you are not disturbed by anyone. Owner is pleasant and quick to respond to any communication.

Noch viel schöner und besser als auf den Bildern
Wir hatten dort wunderschöne 3 Wochen. Das Haus ist riesig, auf den Bildern sah es viel kleiner aus. Die Betten total bequem, alles was man braucht ist da, von den Küchenutensilien über die Standhandtücher, Strandstühle und Liegen, Fahrräder (auch wenn wir sie nicht benutzt haben) und Wäschetrockner und Waschmaschine. Der Poolberreich super klasse. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen und glücklicherweise hatten wir die ganzen 3 Wochen Wetter um uns immer draußen aufzuhalten. Das Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen und am Abend ist unbeschreiblich schön. Hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner See und ein riesen Golfplatz. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft auch super nett und die Straße auch sehr ruhig, da eigentlich nur Leute dort fahren die auch dort wohnen. Mikki und ihr Mann sehr nett und haben sich sofort bei mir gemeldet wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Auch hatte ich vorher mit dem Besitzer Laszlo telefoniert, super nett und hat alle meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Alles in allem, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus.

House is very nice. The beds TO HIGH! Bring Paper plates, cups, and cutlery for pool area. Everything is glass. Need to bring washcloths. Not enough for a family. The pool is nice but it takes 3 days for it to warm up in the winter months.

A Very Nice Place With A Few Minor Issues
Stayed here as a couple over the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend to get away from the cold and snow in Michigan. Booking process was easy and communication with the host was excellent. Laszlo was very responsive to all inquiries through the VRBO messaging system. He was very accommodating in regards to the pool heat since it's always impossible to predict what the weather will be like and if the heat will actually be necessary. We were very happy to find the temperature of the pool perfect when we arrived. The house is in a nice subdivision with a nice view of the golf course out the back of the home. It is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house itself was clean for the most part with just some minor issues in the kitchen area. However, the house is beginning to show some wear. There were some minor repairs needed inside the house such as the bathroom faucet handle was loose and would actually just come off in your hand if you weren't careful when using it. The top rack of the dishwasher was damaged such that if you tried to pull it out it would almost fall out completely. That made it difficult to load and use the dishwasher. The sliding door to the outside patio area was extremely difficult to open and close and it didn't lock so you have to wedge a pole behind the door to secure it. The other main issue we had was with the availability of amenities. Specifically, the DVD player and the bicycles. We were looking forward to using both since the VRBO listing shows them as available for guest use. Unfortunately, both were unusable when we arrived. The DVD player remote was missing making it unusable. I looked everywhere in the house based on direction from the (very nice) property managers but could not locate it. I ended up purchasing a new remote on Amazon and had it shipped to the house next-day so we were ultimately able to watch the DVDs that we had brought along with us. I left the remote at the house so this issue should now be solved for future guests. The bicycles, however, were totally unusable. There are two bicycles and all four tires were flat. There was a foot pump in the garage but it was damaged and unusable to re-inflate the tires. In general, if a listing includes amenities, they should all be available for guests to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the reasons listed above, I can only give this property 4 starts. With some minor repairs and TLC, it could definitely improve to 5 stars.

Awesome and beautiful property!
The owner of this property was very easy to work with. Communication was very easy and phone numbers for local help were provided at check-in. The house was just the right size for my family as we visited the area for a wedding. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool was very relaxing and the covered back patio was great when it was raining and we could still enjoy the outside!
