Publié le 15 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayAttend Birthday Bash for my nephew who lives here in Florida our family travel here from Pennsylvania, Atlanta Georgia , Maryland and Virginia Day after the Bday we all gathered and had a fish fry at the house, enjoyed the pool and family time together. Thank You

Underwhelming
Publié le 5 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayPlease note - it is not a “hot tub” as stated in the listing - it is the same temp as the pool - asked owner why he put “hot tub” in listing? - No responseNo extra blankets or towels, no pizza cutter, no extra garbage bags, the kitchen faucet was coming apart, no tv remote for the bedroom, poor communication, and really the place just isn’t kept up.We left a day early and found somewhere else to stay.We explained all of these details to the owner and asked for a response - No response yet Joe?

Beware of guest , guest wrote to me and said why can’t u turn hot tub on , I wrote back and said to Mike it’s a jetted tub 85 degree all year like it says in listing ,also Mike didn’t follow my direction house is suitable for 3/3 , also mike also broken kitchen faucet , mike also got mad that my pool cleaner was there cleaning the pool , i would not recommend Mike sincerely Joe

Loved swimming pool.
Publié le 8 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Loved the heated pool. Has all the amenties you would need. Home is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.Comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that was hard for me, being a short woman, is that the table and chairs and bar stools were very high and uncomfortable to sit on. It would have been nice to have a lower dining room table. The living room is cozy and comfortable. Joe, the owner, was very easy going and friendly We hope to stay again.

Wonderful Stay
Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayHad such a great time on our family vacation. It was perfect for everyone. It was close to the turnpike and beach. Everything was easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil. The home was clean and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend to stay here when in Flordia.
