We are glad you enjoyed your stay Mark, we will check and address the grill as needed. We wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed any issues straight away.
Our cleaning and maintenance crew have not reported any issues with the grill and they normally do keep on top of that. Then again it is Florida, turn your back on it and your grill is can be rusty before you know it.

Comfortable and Peaceful
Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a fantastic stay if you are looking to quietly enjoy listening to the birds and seeing a massive sky of stars. The house was impeccably clean!!!! It was well stocked and thoughtfully detailed. The neighbors were very friendly and our furry children thought they were in heaven running around the massive fenced in yard.
There are tons of parks, bike riding trails and excellent restaurants in the vicinity.
We had a wonderful time!

Perfect
Publié le 16 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay ! The house was so clean and we really appreciated the little things like laundry soap , shampoo, coffee. Very helpful before we were able to get to the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in. We also enjoyed the outdoor areas and quiet neighborhood.
We spent most of our time at the beaches and went for daily walks in the Savannah park.
Great house and Wonderful vacation!

Perfect and just what we needed
Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayHoliday travel is a challenge. But, holiday travel with family can bring a different set of challenges. That was not the case once arriving at our PSL location, Mariana for the week of Christmas.
This property was just as described and was the perfect spot for us to have a comfortable place to unwind from the activities of the days with our family. We normally stay with our son and his family, but this year we were traveling with my wife’s father and each of us were comfortable and it was good to have our own space.
The house was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was a hit with our grandchildren and we enjoyed a family pool day.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet with grocery stores and other retail within 2-3 miles. The area had everything we needed.
We would be back based on the neighborhood, the appointments of the property and the quality and responsive owners, Colin and Andrea.
Check out Mariana, you will not be sorry!

Happy Times

Issues with ceiling fan and light in master bedroom.Need mirrors in both bedrooms. Non skid floor mats in both bathrooms for showers. Slow drain in guest bathroom.

Sadly the guest did not get in touch during their stay despite us checking in with them to ensure everything was ok. Disappointingly they left this to the end when we could have helped if they had advised us if they were having any issues. Guests broke the ceiling fan globe taking the bulbs out because they did not use the remote control provided to manage the ceiling fan and only advised us they had taken the bulbs out after they had left. Mirrors are provided in both bathrooms, the master bedroom has multiple mirrors in the bedroom and the bathroom. Mirror wall in the living room too. Our bath mats are non slip. We will check the second bathroom drains of course.
3* is disappointing for a couple of minor issues when then guest did not raise a single question.

Family Retreat and Reunion

Six of us stayed at this lovely house and others stayed with family nearby, but we all gathered together (with property owners advance permission) at this lovely family home to enjoy family meals and relax around the pool. It was just what we needed and the house was a perfect setting for us.
