College graduation
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in town as a family for my grandson’s college graduation. We had a wonderful time staying at Kern Rd. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, large patio area with pool & grill, quiet neighborhood & not far from stores. Owners were great in communicating. We would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing Time!

House is very spacious and clean
Publié le 9 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for my family. It was exactly like the pictures and description. Pool was perfect for the kids and rooms were all large. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood which was also a plus since we had small children with us that go to bed early.
The house had everything we needed.

Nice cozy home!

Over all we had a great time the pool was clean and ready to use. Colin was great at communicating and we would rent again when we come back!

The pool that wasn't
Publié le 30 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayIn area for baseball tournament. Listing prominently displayed a pool as a major decision point for choosing this property. Upon arrival we discovered that the pool as green and unusable. Owner offered $100 discount for inconvenience. Disappointed.

Unfortunately we had a failure in the pool equipment that we were not aware of until the day that Michael and his group arrived.
Our pool team worked on the pool immediately and got the pool into a swimmable condition during their stay which was only two days. We did offer compensation which was equivalent to almost 25% of the booked rate.
I guess the house couldn't have been that bad as they invited people to stay, in addition to their booked numbers.
2* seems a little harsh for one issue on a property that generally gets 5*.
Things can always go wrong and we can only do our best to resolve any issues that may come up.
Our pool is back in the stunning, sparkling blue condition it has always been, with the new equipment needed to make it reliable.
