Summer vacation
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location to a beautiful beach. Pool was nice and close as well. Black flies came in on Thursday so that was a bummer….their bite hurts!!! King size bed was very comfy. Some suggestions for condo… a throw blanket would be nice, some new Tupperware with tops that fits, knife sharpener because knives are very dull. Otherwise, pretty much had everything we needed. Oh! We could not figure out how to work the cd player. But we found a movie on Prime. Extra points for the bidet!!!

Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe love Cape San Blas. It was our second year vacationing but 1st time staying here. It was not clean, dog hair all over, floors were sticky and the living room area smelled of strong urine. I vacuumed and swept when we left and it was cleaner than when we arrived. We were out the door at checkout time but in the driveway, my son and grandson waited in our vehicle while we walked to say goodbye to family around the corner and we were charged a late fee!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Might have to use another source other than VRBO. Also difficult to reach owner.

1. Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our vacation homes. Our professional cleaning team ensures that each property is thoroughly cleaned before new guests arrive. The previous guests checked out on time, allowing our cleaners ample time to prepare the house for your arrival. Additionally, your claim about vacuuming the floor is incorrect, as we only have hardwood floors and do not provide a vacuum cleaner for guest use.
2. Damage Deposit and Unauthorized Use: You were charged a $275 damage deposit fee for the unauthorized use of a kayak, which is clearly stated as off-limits for guests due to liability issues. Unfortunately, the wheels of the kayak were also broken during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of our guests and our property.
3. Late Checkout: Our checkout policy is clearly communicated to all guests to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests. Our Ring cameras recorded that you were inside an hour after checkout time, not in the driveway as you mentioned. Our cleaners have over 30 vacation homes within a limited time frame and your late checkout disrupted this schedule.
We will not rent to you in the future

Great Place!

Great area - much quieter than crazy PCB or other touristy areas and a very dog-friendly community! Beach is very close - awesome views, not busy even during the day and awesome for morning and evening walks. Thank you!!!

We would stay here again
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe townhouse was as advertised. Clean, spacious and a short walk to the beach, with a nice balcony upstairs where we drank our coffee in the morning. The screened in porch was nice too. Host recommendations on restaurants were spot on. We enjoyed our week in Cape San Blas very much. The water was clear, the beach was fine and uncrowded. We will definitely return!
