Happy Hours at Happy Ours
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayTrip was great! Very relaxing home with great views all around. Relaxing on the front porch or roof top brought on some amazing views of the gulf. Met a few of the neighbors around the home and everyone was super friendly which is what brings us back to Mexico beach multiple times a year. Brought our bikes down and enjoyed riding to the nearby shops and of course Mango Marley’s. Home was perfect for our getaway and plan to be back next year!

Winter Retreat
Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was wonderful. Kitchen is awesome. Loved location. The rooftop is a great way to see sunset. The description is accurate. Would stay again!! Also, easy access to beach. Beach was not crowded!!!

The only thing disappointing is we didn't receive an early check in when it was asked for and there wasn't any reason not to as we sat in the driveway and waited an hour and a half while nobody came or went, so why not just let us get in and unpacked after a 13 hour road trip? We realize this was on the management team though and not the owners.

Nice House
Publié le 17 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a great property. It was unique, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the elevator. A member of our family got stuck in it and there was no key accessible to easily get her out. When calling the property management company they could not help us and told us to call 911. It would have been a simple fix if we would have had access to the elevator key. After we were able to get her out the elevator it was unusable for the rest of our trip. We had to bring all our luggage down 3 floors in order to leave.

No more Vacasa
Publié le 18 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was as it said it was on the listing, but the fact that this was not privately owned and that we went through a rental company was felt. The code on the front door was not working properly. We had several back-and-forth communications with Patrick to get it right, but it wasn't made clear in advance how to properly enter the code to get in. Even once we did get a code that actually worked. Things were clean, but the sheets felt like sandpaper. There was a coffee maker but no starter packet of coffee or a couple creamers or anything to make us feel welcomed. We had to text to ask for the wifi and password. It was nowhere in the home (also a suggestion for the welcome basket) or in the listing. So all in all not a bad stay, just not a route we'd take again.

Elevator issues.
Publié le 13 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayThe elevator did not work . That was 1 of the reasons we rented this house. We made several attempts with Amber but had no luck in getting someone to get it working. We requested some refund for our inconvenience. As of today June 13 we haven't heard from anyone.
