You can use the shared swimming pool to cool off during hot days, and there is a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding nature. Less than six miles away, don't miss the opportunity to learn about Florida history at Constitution Convention Museum State Park. Here, you can take a self-guided tour around the museum or walk around the grounds. Beautiful downtown Port Saint Joe is only four miles from this home, offering great options for local dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Guests will love the convenience of the 10-minute walk to the beach, where they can relax on the sandy shores or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The house comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler, ensuring you have everything you need for a day of fun in the sun. Inside, the main room boasts a 70-inch 4k TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, while each bedroom features a 43-inch 4k TV for added entertainment.

This home has an open layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and room for the entire family. You will surely enjoy time on the generously sized screened porch or relaxing by the fire pit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great rental!!
We were pleasantly surprised by the beach gear available for our use! The location was great, easy walk to the beach and pool. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be planning another trip to Windmark and this rental!

Great Getaway
The home was very spacious and clean. While the fire pit chairs were in rough shape, we did enjoy the back porch in the evenings. The walk to the beach is easy and the boardwalk right outside was so convenient. The beach and water are different being on the bay, but we still enjoyed the very private beach. Light up the Night set up a beach bonfire with chairs/snacks/speaker for a great price. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay-- a few cockroaches in house when we arrived besides that very clean. It fit our group perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances which made it easy for us to eat at home often.

Much Needed Getaway
After losing my mom almost two years ago, our family was ready to take our first trip without her. We had my dad, my brother's family including two kids under 2, and my family including a 5 and 7 year old. The house was spacious enough for all of us and my dad was able to have a room upstairs where he could have some time to himself and not be bothered by the kids' loud noises early in the morning. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and there was plenty of space to put all we brought. We rented bikes from R&R Outfitters just right down the road. They delivered them to us and picked them up at the end of the week. We loved riding bikes to the beach, pool, and in the evenings along the beautiful paths and boardwalks. Our seven year old son especially loved having something other than the beach and pool to do. The pool was perfect for our little ones and we had a hard time getting them to want to do anything but that! Our very favorite thing to do was sit around the fire at the end of the evening. It was great to have somewhere else to hang out other than inside in the evening. A few issues included the porch being pretty dirty and several beach chairs and chairs around the fire pit being broken. The upstairs hall shower also had a very hard time draining, which I made note of during checkout. All in all it was amazing and we definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Nice house for our family
We enjoyed staying at the Blessed Beach House. Everything inside the house was clean and lots of items were provided for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the heated pool! Our only complaint was that the porch floors and furniture were really dirty and we couldn’t sit on the furniture. If we went barefoot our feet were black on the bottom! We called to have it cleaned and some one came and cleaned the furniture. A work order was put in to have someone power wash the floors, but no one ever showed up. It was disappointing because we have rented other houses and the porches were very clean.

Wonderful Vacation
The house is very nice and very clean with all the amenities you need including beach chairs, wagon, etc. It has a large, open kitchen, dining and family room area for everyone to hang out and watch TV, play games or relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and everyone was very friendly. It was a short walk to the private beach on the boardwalk and the pool is not too far. There is also a great little pizza place in the neighborhood that we loved that is walking distance. We were able to go to church 10 minutes away and we loved horseback riding on the beach which was 20 minutes away. My husband and son did some fishing while my daughter and I laid out in the gorgeous weather on the beach and at the pool. It was a fabulous vacation and we would definitely go back again.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway
This was a wonderful stay! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, all the linens you need and beach chairs on hand! The community is perfect for little kids as there’s great walkways to the beach and other areas to explore. We’re planning on coming back!

Everything went well. There was a mix up with the pool code, but it was resolved quickly! Only thing negative I have to say was the electronic locks were a bit of a challenge! We unlocked with no issue, but couldnt lock it when we left.

The only downfall of this property is the description says boat trailers are allowed at a separate location but once we found the "designated" trailer parking, the lot had been taken over by the construction crews and we were told that we could NOT leave any boat trailers in that area.

Perfect Vacation
We have been vacationing in Florida for the past 16 years. This was by far our favorite vacation because of the house and location. We had five adult's and three children. Plenty of room and the ocean was within walking distance. The firepit was wonderful for late night visits with the family. We will be renting again! Absolutely perfect!

Restful Beach Getaway
10 of my extended family stayed together. The home was perfect; loved the screened in porches, comfy chairs by the natural gas firepit, plenty of seating around kitchen table, beautiful/ peaceful walk to the beach, fabulous restaurant located in the community, etc. Plenty of towels, quality hand soap, toilet paper, variety of small appliances, plus board games supplied. This location is great to take day trips to nearby areas: Mexico beach 10min, Apalachicola airboats 30min, St George Island St Park 45min. We had a blast! Would definitely recommend and revisit this house!

Perfect Getaway!
I LOVED no wait WE LOVED THIS HOME!!!! It was extremely spacious and easily accommodated my big family!! There was roughly 12 of us and we had the time of our lives!!! The kids enjoyed the beach! In fact they enjoyed it so much they caught a ton of the blue crab with one of those $1 nets you can get from the local dollar general....! The ceilings were high and the living space was spacious. The porches were everything! Choose this home if you’re looking for privacy, a quiet neighborhood and relaxation!! Side note parking was pretty simple we preferred to park on the street as it was closer to the entry and easier for loading and unloading items. Words can’t express how much of a blast we had . The only thing that was lacking was departure instructions . I wasn’t informed as to what to do so we just placed the towels in a pile .
