We were lucky to get there while someone at front desk. Walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage to get into hotel. If we missed the front desk person, walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Elevator manually operated by staff only. Runs until 9, then its stairs. Not a romantic castle by any means.

Bucket list!!
Interior updates in rooms. Nice lounge and restaurant, but no breakfast area only a small microwave, so bring breakfast and eat in room.
Need car.
Lots of construction noise from hospital renovations next door.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was very spacious, water view, updated bathroom, and a small coffee pot. There was a lot of noise and music from the bar directly below until 9PM.
Overall spacious room with clean comfortable bed and hot shower!

Yes, unfortunately we do not have breakfast right now, but we do have our ballroom area if you would like to enjoy your breakfast you bring you may do it in there as well. We apologize for the construction next door they are building on to our hospital and our town doesn't have an ordinance on it.
