Adorable Perch in Port Townsend!
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely loft unit in the heart of downtown Port Townsend. Gorgeous views and all you want within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, bars, & Movie theater. Fabulous for all season Puget Sound watching. As noted, stairs are part of the experience but that was expected for us and not an issue. The only complaint we have is the bed which is a piece of foam on a thin and elderly mattress. At this price point, I guess we expect a real bed with some structure. 6’5” hubby (195 lbs) said he felt like he was falling out of bed all night! Would have happily given 5-stars if not for the bed.

Lovely unique location

PERFECT location to explore a quaint Victorian Seaport

Easily walkable up to another great area with a weekly farmer's market and some great shops (don't miss the new location of Quimper Sound (records and guitars) and the board game shop above Aldrich's Market. The host was quickly reachable when we struggled with the lock on the front door, and he's right about parking, there isn't dedicated, but you can usually find some close by and the hours aren't enforced. Highly recommend - would stay there again!
