Nice stay

I am a bit confused and concerned by your comments as we had our monthly cleaner through only 4 days before you arrived.
I would appreciate if you let me know what was wrong as most guests comment on how fresh and clean the property is and I would like to take this up with the cleaner.
As you know you only paid $135 per night and we charge this to make a stay affordable based on a self clean otherwise your 2 night stay would have been an extra $120 which most people understand and appreciate.
Thanks again and am disappointed you had this experience and will certainly sort this with the cleaners.

Peaceful Gem

We instantly relaxed as we walked through the door, with communication and instructions excellent prior to arrival. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a quiet get away in an area that has lots of options.

Beautiful home

Great little place

A Relaxing Home Close to the Beach

Large kitchen bench and table to dine on.
Large shower with hot water.
Relaxing lounge furniture including ottomans
Decent sized TV good streaming and WIFI including DVD player
Enjoyable balcony and watching birds enjoy the apples off the tree.
Lovely warbling of magpies throughout the day
Easy to use BBQ - tasty meals

Quiet and Comfortable
Posted Jan. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayI am very grateful to have come across this property, budget friendly, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, clean, it was a nice touch being able to feed the birds and have them around.
Kerry was great to communicate with and made sure it was a comfortable stay.
