Great location. A/C unit was out in our room when we arrived. Maintenance quickly had it changed out while we were gone for a wedding. When we returned it was cool in our room again.

We stayed for our daughter’s wedding in town. Staff was very helpful and so kind.

The staff were very friendly. I was able to do early check in because my room was ready. The room was clean and had cute amenities, Coffee, tea, plenty of towels, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I wouldn’t dare stay anywhere else. 10/10 I’ll stay again!

Unfortunately we were on the 1st floor (room 101) and the upstairs room noise sadly disturbed our sleep.

Weekend trip to Indiana Dunes
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRight off the interstate. Restaurants within walking distance. Great area. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Hotel was packed but had plenty of parking and we didn’t hear any of our neighbors.

Friendly house keeping employees! The hot tub was extremely frothy and foamy and had a greenish tint to the water. Dead skin scum and gross variations of discoloration in all of the foam. I was on the 2nd floor for almost a week and every morning I was woken up by someone above me stomping and running litrerally at 7am every morning. Not sure if this was a guest that just couldn't keep control of their children or what but very annoying. Carpets in my room had lots of stains my bathroom sink would fill up before draining. Floors felt very sticky and gross. This is my fifth or sixth time staying here and I want to come back, I just hope some of these issues can be addressed.

There isnt much I can do about the noise from another guests but I can suggest requesting our top floor so no one will be above you in the future. I am happy to hear the housekeeping team was welcoming and friendly. We do look forward to giving you a better experience on your next visit.
