Très propre, personnel courtois et gentil. Déjeuner chaud de qualité douteuse et sans goût...fruit frais !! encore gelé dans le plat de service...

The room doesn’t exist
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWhen I booked my stay it was for a handicap room. When arriving to the hotel. The front desk stated there wasent a handicap room to reserve. Totally unacceptable. And I couldn’t do anything about it

We booked 2 king rooms and upon checking in, we were given 1 king room and 2 queens in the other room. When asked, the front desk clerk said it was changed the day prior by them. We got no notification and they would not give us the room we had booked. She stated that I would need to stop down the next morning to speak with the manager. I stopped to speak with her and she would not come out from her office. I gave them my phone number so I could speak with her and as of 3 days later, I still have not received a call. I was told by the clerk in the morning that if a room is booked through a third party, that room can be changed at their discretion to give to someone booking directly. Some small things were there was no ice bucket in the room and only 1 fork. The staff are not polite if you don't book directly through them.

Sink stopper leaked while shaving; alarm clock (wasn't needed) was not functional if someone needed one.
