Booked the stay with book now pay on arrival option and when i arrived at motel and paid for room i discovered email from motel saying prob with payment method. I go to front office and ask what the issue was as money has come out of my account already. What manager told me was they tried twice to take payment at like 8am, 4hrs earlier than my arrival time which i wasnt happy about. Mamager hardly spoke English and didnt even say to us hope your stay with us is good, nothing just wanted the money. Pretty poor service wouldnt recommend staying here.

Dear Guest Thankyou for your feedback , your card was declined at start , it is guests responsibility to provide valid card payment that's why it was marked as invalid payment method, which was not provided by you . As per expedia policy Guests credit card will be charged on the day of arrival 24 hours from check in time. Our staff has just followed the policy and procedures regarding the payment. Guests did not arrive at 12pm as no early check in was requested . staff did not just wanted money , accommodation money was charged from guests card. we appreciate your feedback . please feel free to call us if any queries ThanksNav .

The manager was very kind and accommodating. The area was fairly quiet. Great shower. Overall a pleasant experience.

Hotel is definitely budget but it was clean, quiet and comfortable, certainly value for money.

Seems like a family run business that takes pride in the property. Dated decor but clean and cared for.

It was just a basic motel room. The room was dark, there was an extra bed in it which made things crowded. It seemed clean but all the furniture was rather beat up.

A quiet place to rest
Publié le 13 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe found the location very quiet. The hotel is in a small cul-de-sac off the main road.
The reception staff member was friendly.
The room was clean and offered the usual amenities you would expect. Mattress was a little firm but that is a personal preference.
Overall a good place to rest on a journey to Portland.
