Our room was 407 and right next to elevator. It was extremely loud and noisy all day and we were there 2 days!!

Customer service from start to finish was great...from reservation, to check in, to the quality of the room. Thank you so much for making this a very pleasant stop on our way to Washington. We'll definitely return!

Close to several things we enjoy!

We chose this location based on the proximity to Lake Oswego and another shopping area for our kids. The hotel was close to the things we enjoy and the room was clean, spacious, and priced well.

The lady at the desk when I checked it was very nice. She was also very helpful when I asked for some extra towels. She was having a tough time with another customer but she was very patient. To me good staff is like that is more important than the actual room etc. Thank you.

I booked hotel via expedia.ca and would like to leave my review as follows I traveled to Portland from July 20 to 23, staying for three nights at the Best Western in Lake Oswego, USA. The trip was relatively good, but my experience at the hotel was the worst of my life. When my wife and I returned to the hotel after our trip on the 21st, we could not believe our eyes. The housekeeping in our room had not been done at all. The bed was unmade, trash was not collected, used towels were not removed, and new towels were not provided—everything was exactly as it was when we left in the morning. I went to the reception desk to complain to the receptionist about our room. The receptionist politely apologized and said she would leave a note for the daytime staff to ensure this would not happen again. The next day, the 22nd, when we returned from our trip, everything was the same as the day before. The room was exactly as we had left it in the morning, with no housekeeping services performed. I complained to the reception desk again and demanded compensation. The receptionist kept saying "oh no" and apologized repeatedly, but did not mention anything about compensation. On the last day, when I checked out of the hotel, I left a complaint and a request for compensation on the Best Western website. However, I did not receive any apology or response regarding compensation from the company. I want to inform everyone reading this. If you are planning to stay at Best Western, think twice.
