Stationnement de l’hôtel dispendieux, mais beaucoup de stationnement public autour.

Very nice room, well-appointed. Hideously overpriced. On top of the nightly charge of some $530, they have the temerity to add an "amenities" fee of $25/night. It's a use-it-or-lose-it deal. You must spend $25 each day on the overpriced snacks, the bar, or the restaurant or the money is forfeited. You can't consolidate multiple days' funds. It's as if the owners had a meeting and asked, "How can we squeeze a few extra bucks out of our patrons after overcharging them for the accommodations?" I'm glad I didn't have to pay the $40/night parking charge.

The good: good space in the room and comfortable beds. Good location near the water and easy to get to the ferry terminal and access to all the restaurants and shops in Portland. The not so good: Unusual floor layout which might mean you are walking quite a distance from the elevator. Our room was located completely opposite from elevator (about a city block away). Not an issue for us but might be for people with mobility issues. Also had an air vent outside our room in the hallway which was really loud.
