Our homes are equipped with a starter supply of household and bathroom items including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These supplies are intended to get your stay off to an easy start, but we do not restock items during a guest’s stay. If something is missing upon your arrival, we are happy to remedy that though!

We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use and enjoyment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy

5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Great stay!
Our family of three and two dogs enjoyed our stay very much. As others have mentioned, the property is in an excellent neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and cafes. The upstairs master was very spacious and had a separate work area for me, and the bed was very comfortable. The property management company was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean, bright sunlit home in great neighborhood just off Alberta. Well stocked kitchen, good dining/board game area. Pet friendly. Could use at least one comfortable chair or settee in living area to accommodate four people; currently just has a three person sofa. Overall, a great place for meeting up with friends and family in Portland.

Great location, beautiful house
Communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive. The house is really beautiful and well laid out (except no tv in living room, which we didn't realize) The shower upstairs was a bit tricky, but they gave good instructions on how to get it working. The living room couch (which pulls out into a bed) was highly uncomfortable - i wonder if the owners have every sat in it? Other than those issues, I'd recommend!

Place was nice and clean, comfortable bedding, quiet neighborhood, plenty of pot, pans, utensils, plates. Main complaint is the lack of TV in the main living space, only tv was in one of the bedrooms. The furniture also covered the only heating and cooling vent in the living room making that room cooler. No light left on to help us see getting into the house, even though we let them know we would be arranging after dark. No dish soap either.

lovely quiet neighbor close to Alberta perks
Pros - Great home with very comfortable beds! Located on a quiet street but close to Alberta shops and foods. Great neighborhood for walking or biking. Second story master bedroom has balcony and space for yoga or office work. Peaceful place to watch the sunrise. Be advised the stairs are steep so not for all humans. Bonus points for full bath with a nice tub downstairs. Cons - The shared laundry is in the basement accessed through an outside door and needs a good cleaning and organization though the machines are clean and functional. There are no clear instructions for the Portland composting system other than to look it up online. All the extra fees do add significantly to the stay but we would rent it again for longer vacations.

We really like the location. House was comfortable enough. Kitchen stocked for coffee making and heating foods, not really good to cook a meal. Beds were comfy. My daughter loved having the upstairs to herself. TV situation was strange but we figured it out. Would consider staying again

Property was musty like it had been closed up for a while. No one from managing group came to speak with us. Dryer was full of animal hair. I was used to VRBOs with owners and have always been greeted at some point.

Cozy home close to everything!
We had a lovely stay in this cozy Portland home. Pefect for our group of three in a neighborhood close to everything we needed. House was clean and comfortable. Had trouble with multipul outlets and the tv did not power on but beds were comfy and the pourch was a great spot for morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location for families, too
Easily walkable to Alberta, New Seasons (groceries), and near to parks and more. We spent very little time in the house as we were out and about constantly, but the upstairs bedroom is especially nice. Neighborhood is quiet. Street parking only, but easy and we never had difficulty finding a spot on the same block as the house.
