Top-floor penthouse unit in historic 19th century brick building with modern amenities, exposed beams and brick, whitewashed wood walls. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views of harbor and city. Parking for one car is provided for the lot next door.

Separate master suites, each with custom showers, hand wands, and one with soaking tub. Very desirable exposed brick and vaulted ceilings with skylights in each suite. Black out curtains and skylight shades in each bedroom.

Gas-fired Jotul stove and floor-to-ceiling windows in living room.

Washer/dryer in unit. Individual heating and air conditioning. Easy elevator access to unit on 5th floor.

Very safe and secure. Two security cameras in common hallway by elevator and one security camera at back common exit stairwell. Parking pass for one car included for the lot next door. Leave your car and walk everywhere.

Located on Portland's working waterfront, overlooking the very popular Dimillo's Marina. Watch the yachts come and go and stop at the famous Dimillo's floating restaurant for dinner or a drink.

Waterfront Luxury
This is the second time we have stayed in one of these two fabulous penthouses. We had a cold rainy and snowy day where we sat reading and playing games in front of the fire. So cozy. Loved watching all the hubbub around the harbor. Everything so lovely and comfortable. We did have a problem operating the tv in the living room, but we really weren’t there to watch tv. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing place! Will be back!
this place was as great as was advertised!!! The location was awesome. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops and the view was amazing. The place was extremely clean, well furnished with necessary kitchen items and the appliances are top notch. The only recommendation I have is to add a full length mirror for the ladies. We need to see the whole picture, LOL! If you are on the fence about this property, go ahead a click "Book It"! you'll be glad you did!

Luxury rental with world class views!
My husband and I stayed at this property for our daughter's wedding weekend along with the groom's parents. Our arrival and check-in was fast and easy, the parking spot for the rental is right next door, the location is perfect for access to Portland/Old Port shopping and dining. Even though it is located on a working waterfront near bars and restaurants, it was very quiet at night. The bedrooms and baths are modern and spotless, with lovely linens and other amenities. Excellent and responsive hosts, I would happily stay here again and again!

This won't be our last visit
I missed my best friend's 60th birthday bash last year due to COVID. This year's trip to Portland was to celebrate her birthday. We are so happy that we chose Cornelia. The location with it's views of the harbor and shopping district are so wonderful. The condo is clean, neat, well-equipped, and uncluttered. Oh and beds super comfy (a must). We parked our car in the adjacent lot and never touched it again until we left. The dining, shopping, farmer's market, Holy Donuts, lobster boating, and Peak's Island golf cart adventure were just perfect, as was the food. We are already looking forward to our next trip here. From the moment we arrived, the view was breathtaking and we felt at home. The shops and restaurants are a moment's walk away, but we still had the amenities to cook, make coffee, and enjoy a bottle of wine. Great location! We walked (almost) everywhere! Even to Whole Foods. Never took the car out. Took an Uber back and forth to Allagash brewing (highly recommend and get the lobster roll!!). Save yourself and DONT go to DiMillo’s. Try Terlingua, Duckfat and hifi donuts! Sea gulls are noisy! Gorgeous decor. Shower is in the middle of the bedroom so no privacy from your roommate 😉

Family trip to Maine
We stayed here for a couple of nights before going further up the coast. It was better than described. Cannot stress enough how amazing the view is!!! Just gorgeous. This property is right in the middle of Old Port and you can just walk to eat and shop. Location is perfect. The property itself is top notch. So clean, modern, with more than you need for a perfect stay. I’m so happy I found it!! The owners are very responsive, thoughtful and kind. Definitely a must stay in Portland!!

This apartment is the best of all worlds
Stayed in the Cornelia apartment with my family for a return rental, and cannot say enough positive things about it. All aspects of the rental are 5 stars: the space itself is amazing and features so many luxuries; the location is absolutely the best in Portland; the experience booking and communicating with Scott and Karen is easy and extremely helpful/informative. We look forward to returning again!
