Tucked away in the beautiful Garden Home region of Portland, this wonderful retreat offers everything a traveler or couple could need for their trip to the area.

Inside you will find a spacious layout combining the bedroom, living, room and kitchen area. Everything was recently upgraded and furnished with the goal of cultivating that perfect blend of style and comfort.

There is off street parking and a private path leading to the entrance to your unit. As you will see, there is also a wonderful sitting area outside with views of the valley below. Without a doubt, you'll want to spend every moment you can taking in the sights and sounds of this incredible region from there.

The location is truly fantastic. Sitting must moments away from multiple freeways there are countless options for groceries, shopping, entertainment and more. We hope you can join us at 'Florencia' while you enjoy everything Portland and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Treacherous stairs.
It was TINY, not spacious as claimed in the online listing which read, "Inside you will find a spacious layout combining the bedroom, living, room and kitchen area."The condo was spotless. And the hosts responded quickly when we had issues. However, people looking for a place to stay should know that the steps to the lower level are treacherous with no handrail. The parking area is right up against trees. We had to duck branches to get into and out of our car.Anyone with mobility issues may want to stay away from this property.I wondered about the parking and stair situation and condo size before reserving; however, since it had such a high rating, I assumed that it would have adequate, safe access. Because I was mislead by prior ratings, I felt compelled to publish this rating instead of just letting it go unshared.

Not the most enjoyable vrbo holiday
The in-law suite was nice. A really nice kitchen. But The TV internet not working until the next day in the afternoon. The owner seemed upset about having to get it working. That did not make me feel too welcome there. But worst of all, the bed was the most uncomfortable hard bed of all the other stays. Including the hotels. I have to admit I had a back injury 6 months prior but neither of my beds at home bother me, And the parking was not easy back up in a steep area. The outside area was just lovely. I left 11 days early.

Garden Home In-Law
Enjoyed our stay at the Garden Home in-law apartment. Communication with hosts was top notch and helpful. Space itself worked well for our needs, and having the additional outdoor patio space was wonderful. One comment for future renters is the small size of the bathroom, especially the shower. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore Portland.

Lovely retreat
This was in a hilly area of Portland which was great as I am a morning walker, some challenge. Convenient to where I had to work, nice restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood all day and night. Excellent WIFI, very comfortable bed a kitchen that had non-stick spray, some spices and coffee at the ready. If work takes me back to this area for an extended stay, I will stay again.
