The shower had some stains on the floor, definitely needs to be replaced, and sofa was missing in the room so I had half of the room empty.

I made sure that my reservation was confirmed and hotel.com reaed it was. I received an email from Double Tree to confirming that the reservation. The day we were to travel to Oregon, again I called hotel.com and I was confirmed that it was but then when I called Double Tree, this time I was told that there was no reservation made in my name. I called hotel.com to let them know of the issue but they can't fix the problem issue I was rebooked to a different hotel but I have to pay extra because of a late reservation which to no fault of my own. hotel.com should have paid the extra charges. Really disapointed.
