Posted Aug. 7, 2024 on HotelsThe only good thing I have to say is the made to order omelets were amazing. The A/C did not properly work in our room. Didn't seem as bad the first night but the second night necessitated us calling the front desk to let them know. We were told maintenance would come take a look but that never happened. After three calls a box fan was finally delivered to our room. Water was all over the floor in front of the doors to the pool and the elevator had water all over the floor also from the pool. There were no yellow cones to indicate the area may be wet and slippery. It felt like a serious accident waiting to happen. Property has ongoing construction. Parking is a joke but yet you are charged for it. Our room was outdated and did not feel clean. If you don't like a hot and dirty room, you should stay elsewhere.

Located close to shopping and accessible. Comfortable and quiet. Carpet showed some wear and stains.

Great front desk, gross bathroom

The property was massive. In one of our rooms previous occupants had left dog feces. The management took two days to clean up.
