Very nice home with great patio. 4 roomy bedrooms. Only drawback ( for the 65+ age group) is a steep staircase to all the bedrooms.

Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst, the property owner was a joy to work with. We often rent properties through VRBO, and this was one of the easiest, smoothest rentals we have done. I had a lot of questions before and after booking, and all were answered swiftly, thoroughly, and kindly. The house is perfect and just as pictured. It was clean, and we had plenty of room. The furnishings were in good shape, and the number of bathrooms was terrific. The street and area were both surprisingly quiet. We found lots of restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes. If we revisit the area, we will try to rent this property again. Thanks for letting us share our property.

Great stay!

Close to a nice park and walking to many attractions. And the airconditioners in the different rooms kept us comfortable in the hot weather. Thanks!

Nice but....
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was in a great neighborhood, was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. So the house itself was fantastic. and in a great location. The problem we had was the unkept back yard and deck area. We specifically booked this property because the listing showed a beautifully maintained deck and yard where we could hang out. The deck itself was fine but the string lights were broken in multiple places so they were basically unusable. But the main problem was the weeds and untrimmed bushes. There were spiky weeds growing up on the deck (glad we did not have any little kids with us) and the climbing roses were so overgrown you could barely walk through the stairs to the back yard. The galvanized plastic roof was in terrible shape too. Not at all like the photos advertised! If it had been, this would have been a 5 star review.

We went right over there and did lots of yard work, and I want to thank you because you were right, it definitely wasn’t up to our standards either! And thank you for the heads up about the deck covering, it was completely melted in some areas from the recent heat wave and now we can get it fixed. Charming Experience
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayTiffany's place was very clean and comfortable. The location just outside Portland made it easy to access everything we wanted to do in the city. The pictures do not do the back deck justice. The covered patio, plants, and lighting were very relaxing and added an extra space for us to hang out in comfortably. Would rent again!

Baby Shower
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home has four comfortable bedrooms which allowed our family to stay all in one place. We came to town for my sister’s baby shower. Home lists it has AC, but keep in mind these are window units. The downstairs stayed cool and the window units kept the rooms cool.
