bonne adresse a Hillsboro.

En visite de 3 jours pour business, tres bonne adresse, a coté de la gare d'Orenco, et de pas mal de restaurants. L'aeroport de Hillsboro a 3 mn. salle de gym accessible 24/24 (pour occuper le décalage horaire).

We did not get the rooms we booked. They said that by booking through expedia we are not promised the room we asked for only a "room" we had kids with us and no beds for them. When we asked for blankets for them to sleep on the floor it took intil 11 pm to get them....

Bev, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. I understand how frustrating this stay must have been for you and your family. Unfortunately, we have no control over the way your reservation was sent over to us. Because we know when coming through a separate channel can sometimes come over with incorrect information, our staff does their best to make sure all guest needs are met. We had no way of knowing the room type was incorrect. we do look at the amount of guest listed on the room. This reservation did not mention any children It showed two adults. Our front desk staff would have Gladley put you in another room type if we had it. I am sorry to hear it took some time for the rollaway beds to be brought up. Most of our check ins came in after a late game, Peter did his best to check everyone in and tend to guest needs. I am sorry to her your kids did not utilize the rollaway beds that Peter brought up and slept on the floor. This would never be our intention. We hope you give our brand another chance while traveling, as i stated previously we truly do our best to take care of our guest.
