Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsLiked the Old Hollywood theme. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Shower was small and a bit dark, but not a big deal. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the unexpected and mandatory “amenities” fee of $29 supposedly for WiFi, use of the fitness room, complimentary tea/coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby, and complimentary bike rentals. I only used the WiFi…pretty steep fee for not using most of these features.

Hotel staff was amazing! Downside is that it was very noisey.

This is a cool hotel but very bad service at the Gracie’s place to eat. So bad not worth the $15 credit from the hotel fee. When hotel informed we could not use it very bad response and treatment.

Front desk staff was incredible. So kind and friendly. The vibe of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for and as described. We loved our stay!

The staff was all extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfast at their attached restaurant was absolutely to die for. Best morning coffee I've ever had.
