Disappointed this visit.
I’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed it. This stay, i was disappointed. I found staff to be less than friendly and helpful. Coffee shop personnel were unprofessional and inattentive. One elevator of the two was inoperable during our very busy stay, I used the express elevator to the restaurant to get to my room but then was chastised by staff for doing so. The litter sound the outside of the building was not cleaned up during our 3 day stay. Well try again.

We stayed there for a cheer competition and it was nice that the hotel was right across the street. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Our view was a bit trashy due to Portlands finest homeless population but I still felt safe and able to walk around the area to get food.

I fell in the front lobby due to lazy emplyees and they didn't even ask how I was doing. they told my boyfriend that they reviewed a tape and i tripped forward because i caught my heel. that defies the laws of physics. don't come here .
