Beautiful interior and ambience, romantic getaway!
Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was great, secure and thoughtful with everything they provide, the tub was very nice and the pothos plants and monstera plant was so cool! Definitely would recommend this property to friends and family. Only thing that we didn’t like was the mattress was not comfortable and woken up very early by a very loud dog barking at a nearby neighbors house.

I am sorry that you did not find the mattress comfortable. I am looking into that. Other guests have commented that they slept well. I am on it! I wish mattresses came with an app that guests could specify their mattress preference : )

Not only was checking in confusing, the property manger took I think 3 days to get back to me.
The water was cold- and very hard to get hot water. The bed was so uncomfortable and lumpy. The garden was dirty.
They had a party staying in the main house.
The coffee and fireplace was nice.
The place could be chraming if they did a deep cleaning of it and actually care about it.

I hope that you feel better. Your correspondences were difficult for us from the beginning. I take great pride in my work. I designed and built the Magic Barn by hand myself, and I tend to management and maintenance daily. Those who have eyes to see the beauty will see it.

I was locked in, unable to find the code to the gate

My c/o is that the code to open the gate to the property was not posted anywhere in 'the welcome' packet. . ..I called the onset manager who was prompt, gave me the code, we both looked @ my emails = no code. He just kept saying 'this has never happened before' which I did not find helpful
