The property is dated. The room is not made up, unless you ask, but was never told that when i checked in, nor that you needed you request hand wash towels. Just small oddities!

Don't book with Expedia go and book right with the monarch. Sprit Airlines changed our flight to leave a day early. The monarch said they would refund is the day but since we booked through Expedia they would not. Wait times are forever not worth it ..

the bed seemed clean but the TV console, on top of a door that had a broken hinge and wouldn't close correctly, was filthy. It's dark wood and the fingerprints on the front of it were scary. the fiberglass tub half cleaned and I know because I could see the clean part vs dirty part. the hairdryer fell off the wall and left holes where the screw anchors were. not ever again!

It was reasonably close to PDX. Close to family members. Offers shuttle to and from airport.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The hotel was nice my only complaint I have was the lady who checked us in was rude and not helpful we went to the lobby in the morning to see if they had coffee and she just ignored us not very good customer service when she checked us in she made no effort to make eye contact, explain anything, smile, just put my information in the computer and acted as if she was bothered.
