For Manager and Staff alike

the picture of the room showed a jacuzzi and when I ask to get that specific room, I was told no with no explanation. on top of that the door had to be forced shut, felt a little more safe after barricading the door with furniture. security guards highly recommended and desperately needed. maid was completely disrespectful trying to barge her way in the room after I specifically said I will hand her everything. before check out we were told to leave. I was quiet and trying to be comfortable. staff was not helpful. never staying there again
