they put us in a room right by the freeway and we heard every car that passed by. we didn't sleep all night long. then who ever was next door was slamming there door every few min.

This was a very nice place to stay at first I was a little concerned because it was right off the freeway, but I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever so that was a great big plus the rooms were nice very clean everyone that worked there was very accommodating I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean. The people were nice & friendly. We had checked in on line prior to arriving. We did the pre-pay online through Expedia & we’re charged again by Best Western for the room & deposit. We hope in the future it does not happen again.
