We have lots of guests stay with boats all the time who park securely off street in the back yard.

Great location

It is close to shops which is great.
The house is compact and tidy, though is old and tired.
Front garden is beautiful, and nice to sit on bench in the sun.
Gap under back gate a slight concern as small dogs could crawl out.
Overall - nice house.
