First we got a room without a tub, then, when we switched rooms to have one with a tub....it was the dog floor!!!, ....I am very allergic to dogs!!!

Why not do breakfast buffet style?, there already exists a pub/ restaurant/ dining...? Disappointed that we were NOT able to have breakfast in our room together. Then, we could continue working without losing too much precious time.

Hotel was clean, even though we arrived at 1 AM. The front desk was able to check us in and was friendly and accommodating in the morning. They had a fantastic breakfast and many amenities to choose from easy parking. Easy in and out from the airport. Absolutely perfect. Stay.

The gas station and restaurant were convenient, but had to drive quite a distance to any tourism activities or chain of bars ect. Perfect spot if your passing through foe the night or a Trucker stop. But vaca destination stop id prob go elsewhere.

Disappointing.
In reading other reviews, I look for the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities, especially if there is a breakfast offered. The reviews were spot on in the cleanliness. It was very nice. However, I thought the review on the “free” breakfast was not as accurate. The breakfast is served at a connecting restaurant which charges $20.00 for just a hamburger! They gave you 5 choices , and if you wanted something else, they gave you $8.00 credit on a $20.00 meal. I was disappointed with that. Also the exercise room was out of order. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Property is a truck stop. Motel rooms have been renovated, are clean and nice. Pillows are huge and uncomfortable. TV didn't work but a voucher was given to compensate. Convenient location.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a convenience store, deli, diner, gas station, and even a movie theater attached, which made everything incredibly convenient! Although it’s a 20-minute drive from the airport, the affordable rate made it well worth it.

I stayed one night for just a feel of Portland on my 1st trip to Oregon. The Portlander had everything i needed for my enjoyment. The huge tv and jet personal tub were a super plus after a long flight from NYC. what i most enjoyed was the feel of the place. I highly recommend for those who want a change of pace from standard hotels. Just loved it really thanks for amazing food n service
