Price per night is great at a funky cool property. Factor in $28 per night in parking when considering the total cost of you have a car.

Washroom was not up to mark and not much variety in breakfast either

It was nice and quiet. The only downfall was not having a bathroom in the room when you need to pee late at night. Other than that it was a cute little hotel. It was easy to navigate

Paid more for private bath and sink. All looked great when arrived, but sink clogged upon first use (brushing teeth). Filed a maintenance report online and told onsite staff. Nothing happened. Unable to use sink at all, no redress from management or compensation - really, there is no maintenance onsite! Otherwise, room was decently appointed, common areas were fine, food options available on foot though this section of DT Portland like others has people living in street right outside the hotel, not a problem but good to know.
