The property and the stay was great. However, during after-hours, the number to the front desk routes to a Support Center. We had a challenging time informing the hotel about a late, after-hours check-in. The phone connection was bad, the Support person barely understood what we were saying. Informed us to 'email' the front desk about the late check-in. Once we reached the hotel, the in-person after-hours check-in was smooth

It was an okay stay - hotel is a bit rundown but for the price it’s still a good deal. Bar staff not very friendly. The room next to me was really loud late in the night and security took care of it immediately. I appreciated that that was taken seriously and resolved quickly!
