C'est bien pour les aires communes, surtout le patio avec les foyers. Les chambres sont rénovées mais la salle de bain n'était pas super. 40$ par jour au stationnement c'est exagéré. Déjeuner inclus mais assez limité côté choix. Bel hotel en surface surtout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zags - the staff were delightful, the hotel was lovely, quiet, clean and in a great location that was very walkable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay that’s maybe not right in the thick of the DT hustle but still very central.

Great place to stay!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location with walking distance to many places - mueums, restaurants, shops, parks, riverfront. Staff very attentive to needs. Wonderful outdoor patio with food service and firepits for making s'mores! Best ribs - had to order them both nights of stay. Secuity for elevator and parking great!

Everything was good except for the fact that we weren’t told the button for make up room wasn’t working, so when we got back from our day the room wasn’t made up like we thought we requested. Otherwise wonderful experience and the fire pits were a really nice feature with the smores

I liked it. Overall the room decor and bathroom is in need up updating. Kept having to ask for my room to be cleaned and only one desk person wasn’t rude. The firepits in the common area are great though, and the bed was comfortable. Staying in suites allowed work with colleague possible
