I booked 2 nights for our holiday party, not realizing that the company had rooms reserved for us. I missed the deadline toncanvelmwith hotels.com by less than 30 minutes. They gave me a runaround, saying thatbthe hotel would not refund the rental. I called the hotel and theybreleased.my money back and i was credited back to my card. Why would Hotels.com tell me that the hotel denied the refund but the front desk at the hotel tell me there was no reason to not give me my money back. Use hotels.com to search, then call the hotel direct. Much better customer service. Also hotels.com doesnt refund your $'s directly on their low price guarantee. They give youna points credit fornthe differece that expires very quickly, which also feels predatory and petty.

It is so beautiful and in the heart of downtown Portland. The rooms are beautiful and windows very high very comfortable! with excellent amenities like a rooftop bar, indoor pool, and fitness center. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring a seamless experience. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city, and the dining options, especially the rooftop bar, are outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Portland! <3 I fell in love with this hotel

Pros: Quality space, good pricing, great pool, comfy beds, good internet. Quiet. Bar was good. Cons: Bathroom bard-doors fall off the track easy, rooms are on the smaller side, no parking validation but a garage is near. Bar closed early.

This is our go-to Hotel when staying in Portland, very convenient and neat and friendly staff always. Although... DO NOT stay in the 15th floor!!!! Our first time staying in that floor and it was long night! So much noise from the above floor (level 16 rooftop bar) floor 15 is not for families staying in.
