Belle chambre, beau standing. Par contre ménage pas très bien fait, il restait des aliments des précédents voyageurs dans le frigo..

la chambre réservée et payée de 31m2 en angle en etage élevée n'est pas disponible à notre arrivée.....nous basculons sur une chambre plus petite. le lendemain apres avoir exprimé notre insatisfaction nous pouvons enfin avoir la chambre réservée... Cependant hotel propre et tres bien situé...

I like the property, but there's only one thing that bothering me, it has no parking, so that we have to park in the parking garage. By chance, it's close to the hotel. Thank you.

$59 valet service when the public lot (which allows overnight) is literally less than one block away. No. Front desk was not very courteous. Check-in revealed my reserved room was not available. I had to pay the same for a less-desirable room. Checkout inquiry to checkout 1 hour later was flatly denied causing an uncomfortable situation to rush to depart. I would stay again but insist the check-in and checkout be less troublesome. And I would expect a discount or upgrade if the room type I reserved wasn’t available.
