The hotel is very remote from the center. The SPA facilities were shut, including gym and pool. I booked 6 nights stay expecting to enjoy SPA massages, pool and other facilities advertised by the hotel. However, at my check-in point I have discovered that everything is closed. One evening I did not feel well and needed some medicines to help with the pain. The hotel reception did not have first aid kit and the nearest pharmacy was within 25 min walk/10 min driving distance. I had shortened my stay to 3 nights as it was simply nothing to do and not pleasant environment to stay.

We went specifically to take advantage of the spa which, alas, was non-functional. Also sparsely had warm water in the shower. Not great value. Albeit a great view and really friendly and very accomodating.

It was a neutral reception not as friendly as i am accustomed too. The room was clean but a bit more rustic than i expected. The toilet got stuck a couple of times water ran for up to 10 minutes before stopping. The wifi did not work so i had to used my hotspot. Breakfast was a great selection. Checkout i expect always to be asked how my stay was, this did not happen.

A good mid-range option.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in a pro-active manner. We visited slightly out of season (April) so the local area seemed very quiet with nothing going on. However it is an easy journey to the center.

Good Price for the location, friendly staff
Hotel had a few quirks (key didn't work on the second day, housekeeping entered my room without knocking). Breakfast was good, didn't try their fancy restaurant though. Free parking across the hotel. Pro: Staff in general was really nice and spoke good English. Location was right on the beach, my room included a veranda with view of the sea. Con: Pool was closed for renovation. Noisy bathroom piping.
