When I made reservations for this property, there were several options for rooms and beds at different price points. I selected the more than $50/night price markup for a king-sized mattress. When we arrived, we were given two twin mattresses. We were told by the girl with the "FATE" tattoos on her fingers that there was no guarantee of mattress size when we checked-in and that there was no refund of the difference in price despite paying a substantial upcharge for something that was part of the booking process. Based on this experience, and losing money, and their"no guarantees" policy, I don't see that it makes sense to book this hotel online. The price range is too great not to have them guarantee their rooms and not refund the price difference when they intentionally take your money for something that they likely can't deliver. Otherwise, great location and clean, but not honorable.

I’ll start with the great things- location is perfect, very central, right on the water, ton of food and shopping options, beautiful location. Property is very nice and the breakfast has a huge selection of an abundance of delicious food. Less than ideal- WiFi didn’t work, and my room was located on the ground floor directly across from the elevator so I heard everyone anytime they were at the elevator having a conversation. And the pillows were the absolute worst if you want a comfortable night sleep. Overall, a good experience though all things considered

This hotel is in the perfect location and near basically anything you’d want to visit in Porto! The room was very nice, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were all very friendly. We were on the 2nd floor with windows facing the road and didn’t have any issues with noisiness. Would stay here again.

This hotel is in the very heart of where you want to be in Porto. As with many hotels in busier European towns parking is challenging, but if you can unload/load your car just out front and to the right of the hotel, there is underground parking a short walk away. There is also more affordable above ground parking a 5 minute walk just past McDonalds ( I know) on the river.

Good hotel, spacious room, variety of choice at breakfast, helpful and courteous staff. Very convenient location close to the river. Practical point - road at front of hotel is very busy and noisy even with windows closed, so if you have trouble sleeping through traffic noise ask for a room not facing the road.
