La maison est identique a la description. Un super emplacement qui permet d'être a 3 minutes a pieds de la gare pour se rendre à Porto et en face de la plage. Une plage très agréable pour les enfants car surveillé et avec des rochers qui permet en marré base de créer des petits pataugeoires. La maison possède toute les commodités pour 2 ou 3 couples avec enfants. L'équipement pour un bébé et disponible et en très bon état. Enfin le service de l'agence de location a été apprécié par tous. Mise a disposition de serviettes de plage, de gel douche, savonnette, café, huile d'olive sel..... Un très bon séjour

This house had everything, including plenty of space for the five of us (twice as much in fact). It was very close to the beach (about a three minute walk) and very easy train ride to Porto.

We had a fantastic stay at this spotless, spacious villa, the location was incredible and our host Marco communicated extremely promptly. Holiday was not long enough! Highly recommend this accommodation.

My husband, 4 daughters and one partner, our son and myself stayed in this lovely old villa for 7 nights. (‘Children’ aged from 21- 27) and everyone loved the holiday. Proximity to Granja beach (2 mins) and great boardwalk to Esphino (50 mins) and Miramar ? @ 40 mins. Train station 3 mins walk to visit Porto @ 35 mins train ride for a few Euros - think @ 3 trains per hour. Local area beautiful and so much to see in Porto will def go back. The Villa was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking in the kitchen and great to have the barbq and lovely outside eating area. Lovely pool and hot tub in the garden. Use of 4 bikes which was great for shopping. Ping pong table and football table were made use of as well. The Villa has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a downstairs separate toilet - so much space for 8 people but initially we thought there might be 10. This place would be ideal for more than one family as the ‘loft’ sleeps 7 which would be brilliant for younger people and also has seating and a TV. It is a beautiful Villa and the only thing I would say in honesty in reality it is not quite as shiny and new as the photos portray BUT it is a superb property and we all loved everything about it. Last but by no means least Marco our contact and VRBO representative was so good at his job - nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our stay so easy and was always so quick to respond if we had any queries. We will definitely book through VRBO again and will be asking for Marco to handle our booking again 😁 Many thanks to him especially for his help.

Uma boa estadia para descansar e conviver

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und bis zum Bahnhof sind es auch nur wenige Minuten. Für unsere Gruppenreise eine ideale Lage zwischen Meer und der Stadt trotzdem in der Nähe und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos und pünktlich und die Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend. Sie haben uns am letzten Tag auch noch einen Gepäcktransfer zum Flughafen organisiert und wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern, auch das hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir haben's genossen.
